Fire Plate 50s

Our solid fire plate for 50 mm kettle grills is made of fine-grained steel and is the perfect introduction to the world of fire plates.

The grill plate is simply inserted into the kettle grill instead of the grill grate. The flames blaze through the central opening and the food can be sharply grilled on the ring. The fire plate curves when it is first burnt in. This curvature makes it unique and ensures that fat flows into the fire and that the food always receives delicious roasted aromas.

The grill insert and also the wok attachment fit the fire plates perfectly.
