Fire Plate 67s

The fire plate made of 4mm fine-grained steel is inserted into the 67er kettle grill instead of the grill grate. The flames blaze through the central hole and you can start grilling immediately.

The fire plate curves when it is first burnt in, which makes it unique and ensures that fat and meat juices flow into the fire and the grilled food gets a perfect crust without stewing in its own juices.

For smaller grills, the 67 fire plate can be placed on the kettle grill with the spacers.
